About the role
IProtect Global is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead and coordinate complex brand protection operations across multiple client accounts and jurisdictions. You will be the central point of contact between our investigative teams, legal partners and clients — ensuring enforcement campaigns are delivered on time, on scope and to the highest standard.
This is a high-impact role at the intersection of IP law, international investigations and client success. You'll thrive here if you're highly organised, comfortable working across time zones, and energised by fast-moving, high-stakes environments.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end project delivery across a portfolio of brand protection accounts, from onboarding through to ongoing enforcement and revenue recovery
- Coordinate with investigators, legal counsel and platform teams to ensure enforcement actions are executed efficiently and documented to litigation standard
- Act as the primary client contact — running status calls, delivering reporting and translating complex enforcement activity into clear commercial outcomes
- Manage timelines, resources and priorities across concurrent operations in multiple markets
- Identify bottlenecks, risks and opportunities across active cases and proactively escalate where needed
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives that scale our delivery capability
What we're looking for
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in a legal, investigations, compliance or professional services environment
- Exceptional organisational skills and a track record of managing multiple concurrent workstreams
- Strong communicator — confident presenting to clients and able to translate technical or legal complexity into plain language
- Comfortable working across different time zones and with international partners
- Experience with case management tools, CRM platforms or project management software
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you solve problems before they escalate
Nice to have
- Background in IP enforcement, brand protection, e-commerce or investigations
- Familiarity with online marketplaces, takedown processes or legal proceedings
- PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification
What we offer
- Competitive salary, reviewed annually
- Fully remote — work from anywhere in the UK
- Direct exposure to high-profile brand protection cases globally
- A lean, high-performance team where your work has real impact
- Opportunity to grow with a fast-scaling company in a market on the rise
